Return and exchange policy

All products purchased on this website cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only.

Exchange for defective items

We are working hard on maintaining quality control. But nothing is perfect. Please email us at info@kazeorigins.com if you believe the item has an issue. Our customer service representative will get back to you within 3 working days.

Unsuccessful delivery

We will send you an email after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt. If you cannot be reached for re-delivery or if re-delivery is still unsuccessful, your order will be considered as cancelled and you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
