Shipping policy

All prices on this website are in USD inclusive of import taxes and customs duties. Items are shipped from our US-based fulfilment center or our warehouse in Hong Kong depending on stock availability. 

Shipping from US

Items are shipped from our US-based fulfilment center using UPS or other courier services. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Depending on the service you choose, delivery time can range from 4 to 7 working days after your order is processed.

Shipping from Hong Kong

If items are shipped from Hong Kong, all extra shipping costs, import fees, and customs duties incurred will be covered on our end. Please expect 1 to 2 more additional days for the delivery time.

Signature required

Please note a signature will be required upon delivery for orders over USD300. If the first delivery is missed, shipment will be delivered to a receiving centre for your collection.
